Main Assignments
* Work with senior management to align business continuity efforts with the overall business strategy
* Partner with senior leaders to align quality strategies with business goals
* Enhance and maintain Sodexo’s HSEQ IMS, ensuring it supports compliance with ISO and regulatory standards
* Lead the regional audit and assurance programme, delivering actionable insights to mitigate risks and improve performance
* Oversee and maintain ISO certifications and business critical accreditations
* Champion quality as a core business function through awareness campaigns, training, and communications
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust change management, version control, and governance of documentation and processes
* Analyse assurance activity outcomes and communicate key findings to drive improvements
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, auditors, and certification bodies
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified to degree level in related field
* Hold a Quality Management, Lead Audit or Technical Management qualification
* Member of relevant professional bodies such as CQI, CIEH, IOSH
* Proven experience in quality and audit programme management within complex organisations
* Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and their application
* Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety legislation in the UK and Ireland with ability to apply to Sodexo business activities
* Attention to detail to ensure all aspects of IMS are thoroughly considered and documented
* Full UK and Ireland driving licence; fully mobile to travel across the UK and Ireland region
