Location: Aldgate & Tower Hill, LondonContract: Permanent | Full-time preferred (0.8 considered)Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (pro-rata)
About the Role
We are recruiting a Business Management Lecturer. This role suits a practitioner-educator who enjoys blending academic theory with real-world industry insight.You will teach across business management modules, supporting students from a wide range of educational backgrounds as they prepare for higher-level study.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach Business modules at Level 4 to 6.
* Deliver engaging, activity-led and blended learning sessions
* Support students academically and pastorally
* Contribute to curriculum design and cross-disciplinary teaching
* Maintain strong links with relevant industries
About You
* Master's degree in Business or a related field
* Experience teaching in the UK (HE or FE)
* Industry experience within business and/or hospitality
* A modern, interactive teaching approach
* Strong communication and student engagement skills
