Job Description
You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day finance processes. From accurately processing purchase and sales invoices, to checking subcontractor time-sheets, carrying out bank reconciliations, and assisting with month-end routines, your work will keep everything on track. You'll also liaise with suppliers and internal teams, resolve queries, and support wider finance projects, making you a valuable part of the business.
The Successful Applicant
You'll already have solid experience in an accounts assistant role and be confident handling daily finance tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Ideally, you'll be studying or planning to study AAT, with strong organisational skills and good Excel knowledge. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing your own workload, you'll thrive here. Experience with Sage, Xero, or similar accounting systems would be a bonus.
What's on Offer
3. Salary: £27,000 - £30,000, depending on experience
