About You
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) or equivalent
* Strong experience in multi-entity and multi-currency group reporting, consolidation, and management accounting
* High attention to detail and commitment to accurate financial reporting
* Experience with financial planning and consolidation systems
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Experience in corporate governance is desirable
About Your New Role

* Lead the group reporting function, producing management accounts and executive reporting
* Manage the budget and forecasting process
* Oversee multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Maintain and improve reporting systems to support financial planning

* Provide financial analysis, variance reporting, and insight to support business decisions
* Manage and develop a small finance team to deliver accurate reporting on time
* Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and systems

* Support integration of new business units or entities into reporting
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments on financial projects and analysis
* Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
