Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor

About the Role
A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy Commercial Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE to work on a wide range of commercial property matters for small and medium-sized businesses, while developing your career in a supportive and professional team.
Key Responsibilities
Buying and selling freehold and leasehold business premises
Advising landlords and tenants on new leases and lease renewals (including Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 matters)
Drafting and managing lease documentation such as licences to assign, sublet, and alter
Acting on acquisitions and sales of commercial investment properties
Advising on commercial property finance and auction transactions
Managing own caseload and supervising junior colleagues where appropriate
Ensuring compliance with firm procedures, risk management, and file management protocols
Working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Candidate Profile
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years' PQE in commercial property law
Some experience in residential conveyancing desirable
Ability to manage own caseload effectively
Strong IT skills and competent in case management systems
Excellent communication and client care skills
Commercially aware, proactive, and a team player
