We are working with a local authority to appoint an Administrator to join their housing team on a 6 month contract. Full time hours, immediate start date. This is an office-based role. Due to the location of the role, own transport would be advised. As the Administrator you will: Support the Gas and Electrical Manager in tracking statutory compliance checks to homes Assist in maintaining accurate compliance records, including updating internal systems with all tenant communication Ensure effective communication of priority repairs and Housing Health and Safety Rating System to residents. Maintain accurate compliance records, ensuring all resident communications and actions are logged. Identify vulnerable tenants and help ensure relevant support is provided through supporting agencies. Log all tenant interactions, access attempts and compliance notes accurately through the Locata process. Use computer systems and M365 systems to include planner. We are looking for an organised and efficient Administrator with: Experience of working in a similar role within a local authority, housing association, property management or property maintenance company would be ideal. Good communication and ability to speak effectively to residents, staff and contractors. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision The role is inside IR35 and the successful applicant will need to operate via an umbrella company. Initially this is a 6 month contract role.
