Calling all aspiring IT technicians Baltic Apprenticeships are thrilled to partner with a client who has over 25 years of experience working in the IT field. They are looking to use their expertise and knowledge to support their next aspiring IT support technician.Having successfully supported an apprentice before could you be the next? As a Level 3 IT support apprentice you will have a dedicated member of staff to support your day to day needs whilst being apart of a wider team. Your day to day role will be to assist the current IT team support the needs of their clients answering 1 st line tickets, setting up hardware and assisting in IT projects, there is no better place to kick-start your career In this role, youll work towards your Information Communication Technician Level 3 qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Answering and completing IT Support tickets / helpdesk tickets raised by Support clients Office 365 console administration Supporting on email migrations Onboarding new clients Support sales team with technical queries Setting up hardware for clients e.g. laptops, desktops, printers etc Assisting in IT projects Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
