Customer Service & Administration Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
Answer and manage incoming phone calls & emails from customers.
Provide accurate information regarding pest control services.
Handle customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
Administration & Systems Management
Process invoices using Sage Intacct.
Chase outstanding debts and manage payment collections over the phone.
Update and maintain records in the Dynamics CMS.
Organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
Team & Business Support
Collaborate with colleagues to support the wider team.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Skills & Experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in customer service or administration roles.
Familiarity with Sage Intacct and Dynamics CMS but not essential as training will be given.
Ability to manage workload effectively and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
