Job Description
3. Prepare and analyse revenue reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
5. Monitor and report on revenue trends to support decision-making processes.
6. Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
7. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
8. Support system improvements to enhance efficiency in revenue accounting processes.
9. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial reporting.
10. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Revenue Accounting Analyst should have:
11. Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within the leisure, travel & tourism industry.
12. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
13. Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
14. An understanding of revenue recognition principles and financial reporting standards.
15. The ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a temporary role.
16. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams.
