Business Development Sales Consultant – Fire & Security
Location: Bradford (Hybrid/Remote Flexibility for Experienced Candidates)
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance
Pertemps are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of fire and security solutions. We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Sales Consultant to help drive business growth across Yorkshire and beyond.

Responsibilities:
6. Identify and win new business opportunities across the fire & security systems sector
7. Build strong, long-term relationships with end-users, FM providers, consultants, and decision-makers
8. Promote a comprehensive range of services including fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and maintenance packages
9. Prepare and present proposals and tenders, aiming to exceed sales targets
10. Cross-sell wider company service offerings
What You’ll Need:
11. Proven B2B sales experience in fire, security, or life safety systems
12. In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards (e.g. BS 5839, BAFE, NSI)
13. Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
14. A self-motivated, proactive approach to business development
15. Full UK driving licence
