To deliver consistent support, ensuring all needs are met for our senior leadership team.
You will provide consistent and accurate administrative support whilst managing the daily movements and activities of both our group of executives. You will manageplex calendars, travel arrangements whilst ensuring all meetings are organised efficiently.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage busy andplex calendars
2. National and International travel arrangements
3. Take accurate meeting notes where required
4. Support in creating documentation and or presentations
5. Effectively prioritise emails and other streams ofmunications sent to the executives to ensure quick and appropriate response are shared.
6. Support in business event planning (for both internal and external individuals)
7. Proactively suggesting best ways of working to enhance the coordination of the wider Executive Team
8. Perform other duties as required
Essential:
9. Experience in a similar role - this is vital that you have this experience.
10. Confident in Microsoftmunication platforms.
11. Ability tomunicateplex information effectively.
12. Strong ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
13. Proven track record of working with a range of stakeholders.
14. Excellentmunication skills both verbally and written.
15. Strong attention to detail.
Desirable:
16. Must be a British Citizen or have an existing right to work in the UK
17. Experienced in a secure environment
18. Goodmunicator
19. Ability to work well within a cross-functional team
20. Enthusiasm for their work and self-motivated
21. Ability to hold Security Clearance – 5 years residence in the UK
The role is full time - hours - office based with ad-hoc days work from home if there are projects to be done.
Salary £40,000 - £45,000
Ideally you need to be able to drive as the office is about 20 minutes outside of Salisbury
