Student Compliance Coordinator (Full‑time, Permanent)
Location: Nottingham
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing all HMO licence applications and renewals
* Overseeing gas safety compliance and ensuring all certificates remain valid
* Coordinating EICR inspections, reports, and any required remedial works
* Managing PAT testing schedules and maintaining accurate documentation
* Ensuring Legionella risk assessments are completed, reviewed, and actioned
* Overseeing fire alarm certification and fire risk assessments across the portfolio
* Maintaining up‑to‑date compliance records and responding quickly to risks, warnings, or expiring documentation
