Job Description:
Talent Frame are working with a highly reputable Surrey based law firm, as they look to hire a Communications Manager to their team. You'll be based near Guildford on a hybrid basis, with travel to the firms other offices when needed, across Surrey and London.
The Communications Manager will work as part of a team of 3, to support with raising the profile of the firm, working on a range of media and marketing campaigns, crafting multi-channel content and working closely with partners and heads of departments to implement firm wide comms strategies.
Responsibilities include
* Content development and copywriting including press releases, legal articles, web copy and firm wide announcements
* Planning and delivering multi-channel communications programmes
* Developing and managing the content calendar
* Managing press office activity and developing relationships with key media
* Working with external agencies on the delivery of PR programmes
* Spotting media opportunities and securing thought leadership and comment ops
* Stakeholder management and working closely with Partners and Heads of Departments
Experience required
* Previous experience of working in a PR or Communications role within the legal or professional services sector
* Good grasp of the media landscape and experience of media pitching
* Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics)
* Experience of working with social media tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr)
* Impeccable writing skills, confident crafting engaging and compelling content
* Comfortable dealing with C-suite, partners and fee earners
* Creative, flexible, collaborative and detail orientated
