A bit about the job:
As a Finance Business Architect, you'll report to the Group Finance Transformation Director and play a crucial role in ensuring the finance transformation portfolio aligns with our target state outcomes. You'll be responsible for executing the Finance location strategy, optimizing offshore, nearshore, and cross-regional centres of excellence. Your work will involve developing and presenting the impact of transformation on the transition and target operating models for Finance, driving cost efficiency, and value creation across the Group.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Proven experience in finance transformation and operational excellence
2. Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to develop and track metrics related to Finance target state outcomes
3. Experience working with outsource partners and reviewing operating models
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
5. Ability to lead and execute multi-year budgets and transformation roadmaps

6. Starting salary Circa £135,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
7. Bonus opportunity – 25% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
