As a Workday PRISM & Reporting Lead:
You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
10. Assessing and rationalising client reporting needs and in collaboration provide a value based reporting inventory.
11. Responsible for collaborating with clients to identify, define, and clarify technical requirements; translating business needs into efficient reports and configurations that conform to best practices.
12. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns for large data sets.
13. Understand complex analytics use cases and be able to help customers to identify the issues they have and provide workarounds while communicating with internal teams to quickly resolve underlying issues.
14. Develop technical expertise in the Workday reporting and analytics framework.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
15. Existing and up to date Workday HCM and/or Financials, Advanced Reporting and Workday PRISM certification.
16. 2 years of experience on data analysis role, reporting and analytics role in Workday or similar ERPs.
17. Ability to read and write SQL queries.
18. Familiarity with Big Data technologies is a big plus, such as Hadoop ecosystems, i.e. HDFS, MapReduce, Hive and Spark.
19. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect, organize and analyze reporting requirements and visualize the requirements using Workday Prism Analytics platform or similar analytics platform is required.
20. Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
21. Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
22. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
23. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
24. Fluency in French and English
