Job Description
We are recruiting for Enabling Support Workers at Shaftesbury Clarence Road. Please note this role does not qualify for sponsorship due to hours not meeting Home Office guidelines.

About the Role
The Enabling Support Worker provides support and encouragement, following the guidance of the supported person and their support plan. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, administering personal care and medication, and covering sleep-in sessions (additional £60 per sleep-in).
Our supported living services in Conwy, Denbighshire, and Wrexham offer person-centered support in individuals' homes, available 24/7. Staff collaborate with healthcare professionals to tailor support to each individual.
Each supported person has a private bedroom they can personalize, creating a homely environment.
