Pay: £85 - £105 per day

Do you have experience supporting children with autism and a genuine desire to make a lasting difference as an ASD TA?
If this sounds like you, a well-established school in Reading is looking to welcome a dedicated ASD TA to their team. In this role, the ASD TA will support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them access the curriculum, build self-confidence, and thrive in a nurturing classroom setting.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with students while contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment as an ASD TA.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering tailored support as an ASD TA for pupils with additional needs
* Assisting with personalised learning and behaviour strategies
* Working collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO as an ASD TA
* Encouraging independence, engagement, and emotional development
