About our client They are a leading property management company with a fantastic reputation for excellence in managing a variety of residential properties across the Wirral. They are proud to do things properly, without cutting corners or compromising on service. They're a small team who enjoy supporting each other, learning, and having fun! Hours: You'll be working on a rota basis (a shorter week and a longer week) which is Tuesday to Friday 9.00-5.30pm and Monday-Saturday (Saturday is 10.00 am to 4.00 pm). You'll be office based but also travelling to see properties across the Wirral. What you'll be doing? This role is central to keeping the landlords, tenants, and contractors happy, while ensuring properties are well-managed and compliant. Carry out property inspections and provide clear, accurate reports. Manage check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and attention to detail. Coordinate property re-lets, ensuring minimal void periods. Dealing with enquiries from both tenants and landlords. Maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors, resolving issues with compassion and efficiency. Support the wider team and contribute to the growth of the business. Recognise and act on opportunities to grow our managed portfolio. Stay on top of sector changes, compliance, and best practices. Requirements What experience will you need? First and foremost we're looking for someone organised, who enjoys dealing with people and working in a busy and varied environment! Proven experience in property management, with a focus on lettings would be a bonus, however it's not essential as full training will be provided. You must be able to demonstrate previous customer service experience, preferably used to dealing with challenging stakeholders at times! Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, juggling multiple tasks effectively. A full driving license and flexibility to travel across the Wirral to attend on site property visits.
