An established and growing organisation is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join its HR team. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting managers and employees across multiple business areas, with a strong focus on employee relations, people development and operational HR support.
Working closely with leadership teams, the successful candidate will help deliver people-focused initiatives that support engagement, performance and organisational growth. The role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders and driving positive change within a fast-paced environment.

1. Lead on ER matters and provide guidance and support to managers on a broad range of people matters, including performance management, employee wellbeing, engagement and day-to-day employee relations issues.
2. Coach managers to build confidence and capability in handling people matters fairly and consistently.
