Resource Partner – 9-Month FTC
Copello is looking for a proactive and people-focused Resource Partner to join a leading technology and innovation organisation. You’ll play a central role in aligning skilled professionals to the right projects, ensuring capability meets demand across a fast-moving technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with managers to match skills and availability to project needs.
* Maintain accurate forecasting and resource data.
* Support internal projects and training programmes through effective allocation of expertise.
* Anticipate and resolve resourcing challenges proactively.
* Build trusted relationships across multiple business units.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in internal resourcing or workforce planning within a technical or professional services environment.
* Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* A proactive approach, with the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels.
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel essential); familiarity with dashboard tools like Power BI a plus.
