Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative and secretarial support to fee earners in the conveyancing department
* Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
* Managing client communications and enquiries
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage providers
* Maintaining accurate records and case files
* Handling file opening, closing, and compliance checks in line with firm procedures
Requirements:
1. Experience working in a conveyancing support role (assistant or secretary level)
2. Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
