Main Responsibilities:
1. Attend meetings to provide engineering status and coordinate resource deployment.
2. Resolve repeat loss issues using systematic problem-solving to identify root causes.
3. Support shift technicians in investigating losses (breakdowns, waste, speed) and ensure effective countermeasures.
4. Coach team members in maintenance duties and support continuous improvement projects.
5. Improve maintenance standards based on problem-solving outcomes.
6. Engage in planning for maintenance activities and maintain equipment settings and standards.
7. Ensure preventive maintenance is performed effectively and record details accurately.
8. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and escalate as necessary.
Qualifications:
* HNC or Degree in Engineering/Mechatronics or similar.
* At least 5 years of technical or manufacturing experience, especially with high-speed automated equipment.
* Experience leading technical teams in manufacturing environments.
* Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of safety, ergonomics, and quality systems.
* PLC experience preferred but not essential.
