Location: CHP - Wigan - Chandler House Health Centre - Chandler House, Poolstock Lane
Responsibilities
* Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
* Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out, and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
* Successfully undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
* Work within a team and/or on own initiative; build positive and productive working relationships with all customers.
* Deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
* Ability to communicate and read basic English.
* Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
* Flexible approach to the role.
* Open, honest, self-driven and determined; reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
