Product Data Executive - Remote - 12 Month FTC - up to £29,000
Our client is looking to appoint a Product Data Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support their buying function.
This role will focus on launching new products and maintaining high-quality product data across multiple websites. You’ll play a key role in ensuring product information is accurate, consistent, and optimised - directly supporting customer experience and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage new product launches, collating and inputting data from multiple supplier sources
* Maintain and update the product catalogue, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms
* Work closely with buyers and suppliers to gather, validate, and optimise product data
* Support and utilise the PIM system to ensure all product information is complete and structured correctly
* Identify opportunities to improve data quality, processes, and efficiencies
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and quality
* Experience working with large datasets and strong Excel skills
* Understanding of product data, e-commerce, or merchandising environments
* Confident communicator, able to work with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Desirable:
* Experience using a PIM system (or willingness to learn)
* Exposure to product launches or catalogue management
* Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement
