After that, the role is home based, although if you prefer you can also work from our offices in Manchester, Stratford upon Avon, Sheffield or Bristol, with travel otherwise only required in exceptional circumstances (find out more here - jobs.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy) We’re looking for a Diary and Lead Co-ordinator to join us at Co-op Legal Services. In this role, you’ll work as part of a specialist team responsible for co ordinating appointments for our probate advisory and consultancy teams via our diary management system. Why this job matters As a Diary and Lead Co-ordinator, you play a vital role in keeping our service running smoothly. You’ll manage schedules, organise appointments, and act as the first point of contact for customer queries—handling both inbound and outbound enquiries. You’ll also support our sales teams by managing several shared email inboxes in Microsoft Outlook. Your strong organisational skills will help ensure our clients receive a seamless experience, and you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skill set and gain exposure to a variety of work across our growing business. What you’ll do • Work as part of a small specialist team co-ordinating customer appointments via a diary management system • Make sure all users are set up correctly in the diary management system with the correct access • Input shift patterns into the diary management system, maintaining and adjusting these to reflect sickness and holidays • Manage relationships with internal colleagues across all levels, and external customers • Respond and resolve general queries via the phone and email and support with processing incoming paperwork • Manipulate and interpret lead source data from our various partners and follow up leads with our internal sales teams What you’ll bring We’re committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria.
