Process Development Manager Location: Grimsby Salary: Up to £55,000 + bonus + benefits Sector: Chilled Food Manufacturing An established chilled food manufacturing business is recruiting a Process Development Manager. This role is well suited to Senior Process Technologists or Process Technologists who regularly step up, cover senior colleagues, and lead factory trials. This is a process-driven role, focused on delivery rather than product creativity. Key Responsibilities * Lead process development and factory scale-up from concept through to launch * Plan, run and document factory trials, ensuring smooth handover to Operations * Own customer-led changes, renovations and launches at site level * Manage critical paths, timelines, yields and trial costs * Work closely with Operations, Technical, Engineering and Commercial teams * Support manufacturing readiness and continuous improvement initiatives * Mentor Process Technologists and build team capability * Progress into line management responsibility within 6 months Ideal Candidate Profile You may already be: * An NPD Manager who has a preference in Process * A Senior Process Technologist, or * A Process Technologist acting up (covering during annual leave, sickness or customer visits), or * A Technologist managing projec...
