About The Role
Reporting to the Associate Brand & Marketing Director, you’ll own our social strategy and execution across Meta and TikTok, driving brand growth in the UK and supporting our expanding .com business across Europe.
This is a high-impact, hands‑on role where you’ll balance creativity with performance, shaping campaigns, building community, and delivering measurable commercial results.
What You’ll Do
* Own and evolve our social strategy, aligned to brand and eCommerce goals
* Plan and deliver high-performing, platform-native content
* Lead social campaigns and manage roll out of product launches
* Grow and engage our community while protecting brand tone and reputation
* Manage influencer and creator partnerships
* Work closely with our paid media agency to optimise performance
* Track, analyse and report on KPIs including engagement, growth, traffic and sales
* Spot trends and bring fresh, proactive ideas
About You
* 3+ years managing social for a consumer brand
* Strong expertise across Meta and TikTok
* Creative thinker with a sharp eye for content and detail
* Commercially minded, with experience driving traffic and supporting eCommerce
* Confident with analytics and performance optimisation
* Experienced working with influencers and external partners
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace
* International experience a plus
