In the role of Cleanroom Operations Support Technician, you will be responsible for:
1. Operating standardized qualification tests on cleanroom tools.
2. Preparing chemicals and processes within the cleanroom facility.
3. Managing consumable stock to support the CORNERSTONE nanofabrication team.
4. Packaging and transferring Silicon Photonics devices out of the cleanroom and shipping them to C-PIC users, as well as internal partners.
5. Learning from leading researchers and gaining skills in photonics device fabrication, cleanroom operations, and administration.
6. Participating in training, seminars, and workshops to deepen your knowledge.
7. Benefiting from a financial training allowance supporting personal and professional development, including areas like EDI, innovation, and digitisation.
Requirements include:
1. Experience in a laboratory environment with proven ability to plan and progress work activities.
2. Relevant administrative experience.
3. A degree in a science-related subject or equivalent industry experience.
