We are now looking for a Floor Manager to join our Operations team, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with confidence and brings a natural talent for creating seamless, high‑quality event delivery.
About the Role
As a Floor Manager, you will be at the heart of our operation. You’ll oversee all food service delivery across our world-class convention centre, ensuring every event is flawlessly executed and exceeds expectations.
From managing set-up teams to coordinating service standards, analysing performance, communicating with multiple departments and leading your team from the front — you will play a vital role in bringing our client visions to life.
This is a highly rewarding position for someone who enjoys variety, problem solving, teamwork and the buzz of large-scale, high-profile events.
About You
You’ll be a natural people leader with a calm, methodical approach and a strong eye for detail. With at least 3 years’ conference and events experience in a busy hospitality environment, you’ll understand the demands of high-volume operations and know how to motivate a team to deliver excellence.
You’ll be an outstanding communicator, highly organised, proactive, solution-focused and confident in managing multiple functions at once. Your ability to build strong relationships internally and externally will be central to your success.
