Milk Education is looking for a motivated and creative Year 4 Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Liverpool (L22). This is a supportive environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
The Role
1. Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
2. Start Date: November
3. Contract: Temporary (week-to-week) with potential to extend into a longer-term role
This position is ideal for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are looking to grow their skills in a welcoming, forward-thinking school.
Key Responsibilities
4. Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 4 across the Primary Curriculum.
5. Support pupils’ academic and personal development through creative teaching.
6. Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
7. Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
8. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and calmly.
9. Collaborate with staff and parents to support pupil success.
What We’re Looking For
10. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with QTS.
11. Strong understanding of the Primary Curriculum, particularly for Year 4.
12. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
13. Creative, reflective, and adaptable approach to teaching.
14. Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
