A global organisation are looking forfor aMulti-Skilled Engineerto join their site Weston-Super-Mare. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and improving production equipment to ensure high levels of reliability and efficiency across the site.
Youll be part of a close-knit engineering team that supports continuous improvement, drives equipment reliability, and contributes to a safe and productive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on a range of manufacturing machinery and systems.
Diagnose and repair bothmechanical and electrical faultsin a timely manner to minimise downtime.
Support process improvements and reliability projects across the site.
Work collaboratively with production and technical teams to achieve performance targets.
Maintain accurate maintenance records through the sites CMMS system.
Uphold stricthealth, safety, and environmental standardsat all times.
About You
Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in engineering (minimumNVQ Level 3 / HNC / ONC).
Proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer in amanufacturing or FMCGenvironment.
Strong fault-finding skills across both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
Experience withPLC-controlled machinery, drives, and automated systems(advantageous).
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
A positive attitude towards continuous improvement and safe working practices.
