About The Role
An opportunity has arisen to work as an administrative assistant for the Business Support Services Team in Adults & Communities. We have one full‑time Fixed Term position based at County Hall.
To work flexibly as part of a team to provide an efficient, effective and comprehensive county wide administrative business support service across A&C localities, maintaining a high‑quality responsive customer service for both internal and external customers.

About You
To apply for this post, you must:
* Have a NVQ 2 level qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent, or relevant experience
* Know the importance of customer service
* Know the importance of confidentiality
* Have worked in an administrative, financial secretarial setting (i.e. experience in routine clerical tasks including word processing, filing, photocopying, faxing, message taking, data input)
* Have used Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
* Have experience in maintaining computer‑based systems and manual record systems
* Have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
