Technical Support Administrator
Location: Great Yarmouth
Rate: £16+ per hour
Duration: 4 weeks from 11th November (potential to extend)
Schedule: 2 days per week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (can be flexible)
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Administrator to provide temporary cover in Great Yarmouth. This is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a knack for supporting technical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Book, amend, and minute meetings with accuracy and professionalism
Maintain and manage corporate filing systems
Support operational teams with general administrative tasks
Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Touch point for Health & Safety
Requirements
Previous experience in administrative or technical support roles
Previous experience in Health and Safety, Compliance or Document Controller (desirable)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard software tools
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Availability from 11th November for a 4-week period
