Location: Carlisle. Hours: 12 hours per week. Schedule: Mondays to Sundays (availability required on key trading days and weekends).

The role
From Driving Sales To Ensuring Smooth Operations, you’ll be the brand ambassador who helps make the magic happen. You can choose and discuss your preference between two focus areas; there may be some crossover depending on day-to-day store needs.
Sales: Engage with customers, share stories, and help them find gifts.
* Front-of-house excellence: aim to surpass sales targets with effective techniques
* Personalised connections: bond confidently with customers
* Product knowledge: deliver memorable customer experiences
Operations: Support behind-the-scenes activities to enable excellent customer service.
* Prepare click-and-collect orders
* Manage deliveries, processing returns, and restocking
* Wrap gifts, engraving jewellery, and loading gift cards

* Contracts end on 28/12/2025
* Availability required on key trading days throughout the contract, including weekends and holiday periods; days will be distributed fairly
* Annual leave accrual applies; during peak season, some leave requests may not be approved
