A role in SEN is more than “Just a job”. You are enabling and supporting people to achieve great things.
Regent College is part of the National Care Group. We provide specialist education to young people aged 16 to 25. As a small independent college, we develop bespoke study programmes that promote independence and support individual goals. We support young adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours, and complex needs. As an SEN learning support worker, you will empower learners to develop vocational, social, and independent life skills. Most learning takes place in the local community, with opportunities for volunteering and work placements to develop skills for employment. We are proud of our learners and our team as we work together to achieve great outcomes.

National Care Group is one of the UK’s leading providers of adult social care, supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, brain injuries, autism, and complex needs.
