Your Role
As a Support Worker at Mayfield House, you’ll be part of a dedicated team providing person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. You’ll support individuals in a supported living setting, helping them to live fulfilling lives with dignity and independence. You’ll work closely with colleagues and families to deliver care that reflects Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles and meets each person’s unique needs.
About You
You’ll have experience working with people with learning disabilities and autism, and a strong understanding of PBS approaches. You’ll be compassionate, resilient, and committed to promoting independence and choice. You’ll be confident in managing challenging behaviour and able to work collaboratively within a team. Flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential.
