About the role
As a locum Consultant in Acute Medicine, you'll provide expert care for patients presenting with a wide range of acute medical conditions.
Responsibilities
* Managing acute admissions and medical take
* Leading multidisciplinary teams in acute settings
* Supervising junior doctors and trainees
* Contributing to service development and audits
What we\'re looking for
Essential:
* MBBS or equivalent medical degree
* Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
* MRCP or equivalent
* A current DBS check or PVG check or willingness to undergo one as part of registration
* UK Right to Work
* Strong communication and teamworking skills
Desirable:
* CCT in Acute Medicine or within 6 months of achieving it
