About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Growth Consultant to drive the online expansion of our clients Gym’s. This role is focused on scaling UK online sales and strategically entering international markets for their clothing brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Shopify Management: Oversee and optimise the gym brand’s online store, ensuring a seamless user experience and high conversion rates.

* E-Commerce Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement a data-driven strategy to triple online orders this year and sustain high growth annually.

* Market Expansion: Identify and execute the most effective strategies for entering new international markets, prioritising efficiency and profitability.

* Retail Partnerships & Dropshipping: Evaluate opportunities to sell via third-party marketplaces such as ASOS, Zalando, and Sports Edit. Implement and manage partnerships to maximise reach.

* Performance Analysis: Track key performance metrics (KPIs), analyse sales data, and provide insights to continuously refine the e-commerce strategy.

* Customer Acquisition & Retention: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising, SEO, and email campaigns, to increase customer engagement and repeat purchases.

* Operational Optimisation: Work closely with logistics partners and fulfilment centres to streamline supply chain operations and enhance delivery efficiency.

Requirements

* Proven track record in e-commerce growth, preferably within the fitness, sports, or lifestyle sectors.

* Strong knowledge of Shopify and third-party marketplace integrations.

* Experience in scaling online sales and launching brand into new markets.

* Expertise in digital marketing, performance advertising, and conversion rate optimisation.

* Understanding of international trade logistics, including dropshipping and fulfilment models.

* Ability to identify trends, analyse data, and develop actionable strategies.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
