IT Bid Manager – Warwickshire based (hybrid working)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 plus car allowance and benefits. This is a permanent opportunity with a global client of Outsource UK Limited that is experiencing growth.
Role summary: The IT Bid Manager will lead the preparation and submission of bids for new business opportunities. You will ensure competitive and accurate IT cost proposals and support the delivery of successful bids, aligning IT capabilities with the company\'s growth objectives.
Responsibilities
* Manage the IT aspects of the bid process from opportunity identification to proposal development, submission, and support during contract negotiation.
* Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop bid strategies and win themes, articulating the IT value proposition.
* Coordinate and manage the IT input for proposal development, including technical responses, solution descriptions, and service delivery models.
Key skills and qualifications
* Experience in IT and IT Bid Management, Project Management, or related commercial IT roles.
* Proven expertise in managing IT bid processes, including proposal development, cost estimation, and stakeholder management.
* Experience presenting to clients or willingness to do so.
* Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and IT service management principles (e.g., ITIL).
