As a FedEx Human Resources Services Specialist, you will provide exceptional service to our internal and external customers, empowering and enabling key stakeholders and managers to find pragmatic solutions to people-related issues effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with local employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain HR knowledge in relevant local regulations, company principles, processes, tools, and best practices.
2. Support management in recruitment and selection processes.
3. Provide guidance, support implementation, and ensure ongoing compliance with FedEx processes, procedures, relevant legislation, regulations, and predefined agreements.
4. Act as an advisor and mediator to support an effective working environment in diverse employer issues.
5. Identify potential people-related issues or opportunities and develop recommendations for HR management.
6. Participate in developing HR systems that support effective information management and informed decision-making.
7. Support HR and business initiatives, including change and transformation, by implementing HR best practices.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
1. HR degree or equivalent local qualification.
2. Broad knowledge and experience in employee and labor relations.
3. Solid experience in HR processes, preferably within a large, fast-paced organization.
4. Exceptional influencing skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
5. Good judgment and decision-making skills.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize a busy workload.
Salary: Circa £45,000
