• Respond to inbound enquiries and qualify prospects based on business needs.

• Conduct virtual sales consultations with prospective clients.

• Pitch service offerings and demonstrate value.
·
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company policy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (HubSpot).
·
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through the sales funnel.
·
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met pre- and post-sale.
·
• Contribute to sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
·
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
