Providing day-to-day leadership and management for the team and staff across the nursery as required. Being involved in the recruitment of staff, including but not limited to, shortlisting, interviewing and observing safer recruitment practices. Assisting in the effective use of social media and other marketing activities as required. Fulfilling the role of key person to an exemplary standard, providing a positive role model for team members. Having lots of fun! Your qualifications and experience: A full and relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3 or above. An excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework. Experience of people management and dealing with employee issues. A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations. Working knowledge of employment legislation including equal opportunities legislation. To be fully trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid.
