The Role
We’re looking for a highly driven and commercially minded Programmatic Sales Professional to join their London team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with programmatic platforms-on either the buy or sell side-and possess a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem. In this role, you’ll be central to driving revenue by cultivating strong client relationships and delivering tailored advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue objectives.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the programmatic advertising sector.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including media agencies, brands, and technology partners.
* Clearly communicate the value and capabilities of our programmatic DOOH solutions to prospective clients.
* Lead client negotiations to secure deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging programmatic technologies.
* Provide ongoing sales reporting, including pipeline management and performance insights.
Key Requirements
* 1-4 years of experience in programmatic advertising, within digital media, or adtech.
* Experience and understanding of the programmatic landscape, ideally with experience in programmatic sales
* Proven ability to close deals, meet sales targets, and build lasting client relationships.
* Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
