The Opportunity We're looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to join a busy helpdesk team providing first-class technical support to users across the business. You'll be the first point of contact for IT queries, tackling anything from password resets and connectivity issues to troubleshooting software and hardware faults. This role is ideal for someone who loves technology, enjoys helping people, and wants to develop into broader infrastructure or systems roles over time. What You'll Be Doing Acting as the first line of support for incoming IT issues-via phone, email, and ticketing system. Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, applications, and network connectivity. Managing user accounts, permissions, and policies in Active Directory / Entra ID. Logging and managing tickets to ensure timely resolution and great user experience. Escalating complex issues to senior engineers while continuously learning from them. What You'll Bring A good grasp of core IT concepts-networking basics, AD, Group Policy, Windows OS, and general troubleshooting. Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude. The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage your workload effectively. A genuine interest in technology and a desire to develop your skillset.
