Requirements
Your Role:
* Deliver outstanding customer service, making every customer feel beautiful and valued.
* Demonstrate and apply products to customers, ensuring they leave with a memorable and engaging experience.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
* Stay informed about new product launches and engage with customers about beauty trends and tips.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and energetic store atmosphere.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in beauty retail or as a makeup artist is preferred.
* Strong passion for the beauty industry, particularly for the Charlotte Tilbury brand.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer needs.
* Strong team player with a positive attitude.
