Job Role:
Senior HR Advisor in CookstownWe are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to lead all HR activity at a standalone site of around 90 employees.This role is responsible for day-to-day HR operations, delivering people-focused initiatives, and providing practical, customer-focused support to managers and team members in line with policies and employment law.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary HR partner for managers and supervisors, providing guidance across all HR matters.
* Support performance management, goal-setting, and capability reviews.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Lead engagement, culture, inclusion, and change initiatives.
* Maintain and update HR policies and ensure consistent application.
* Oversee absence management and coordinate occupational health.
* Handle disciplinary and grievance matters professionally.
* Administer weekly and salaried payroll.
* Coordinate training and development activities.
* Prepare required HR reports.
Qualifications & Experience
* HR degree advantageous.
* CIPD membership or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
* Ability to manage a busy HR workload and work collaboratively across multiple sites.
