Responsibilities
1. Work closely with sales, marketing, partner, and product teams to meet revenue targets.
2. Engage with prospects to understand their software requirements.
3. Assist prospects in evaluating Zoho products through presentations, demos, and POCs.
4. Present Zoho’s product capabilities in meetings and seminars.
5. Respond to RFI/RFPs.
6. Conduct workshops and training sessions as needed.
7. Collaborate with product engineering teams on product updates.
8. Stay updated on new technology trends and develop expertise in Zoho and third-party products.
Requirements
* 1-4 years of pre-sales experience with IT/SaaS products like CRM.
* Passion for technology and ability to propose solutions based on requirements.
* Team-player capable of working in a diverse, multicultural environment.
* Empathy and strong client-facing communication skills.
* Strong technical knowledge; programming experience is a plus.
* Experience in SaaS companies focusing on Marketing or CRM is advantageous.
* This is a full-time role with a 40-hour workweek, 25 annual leave days, and a permanent contract.
