Position Details:
* Number of Positions: 2
* Contract Type: Temporary
* Hourly Rate: £13 per hour, paid through Office Angels
* Working Pattern: Part Time
* Location: Newcastle City Centre (Excellent public transport access, no parking on site)
* Start Date: Week Commencing 19th May
* Training Day: 11am - 3pm
Required Dates:
* Saturday 24 May: 11am - 3pm
* Wednesday 28 May: 11am - 3pm
* Thursday 29 May: 11am - 3pm
* Friday 30 May: 11am - 3pm
What You'll Do:
* Engage with Customers: Connect with customers to drive annual memberships
* Exceptional Service: Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring they receive top-notch support
* Membership Benefits: Provide information on membership perks and our money-back offer on second visits
What We're Looking For:
* Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential
* Friendly demeanour: A warm, approachable attitude that makes customers feel welcome
* Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for engaging with the public and promoting memberships
