We are seeking experienced healthcare educators to deliver clinical education programmes for the ambulance workforce. The role involves delivering EMT1 Apprenticeships (Level 4 Diploma), paramedic inductions, and PTS inductions, supporting wider trust education activities.
Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, energetic, and hold relevant educator/assessor qualifications with experience in healthcare workforce development and training delivery. Experience in emergency or urgent care, with a patient care focus, is desirable. Knowledge of RQF Level 4 education requirements and Ofsted’s EIF is advantageous.
Applications are welcomed from paramedics, EMTs, nursing, and AHP educators. The successful candidate will be capable of delivering high-quality emergency/urgent care training and clinical inductions.
The role is primarily based in CAM and Liverpool, with some travel across our training sites within the region.
The recruitment process includes assessments of teaching skills, values, behaviours, and team fit. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an assessment centre, with dates to be confirmed.
