Our client is one of the country’s leading leisure businesses, it now seeks to recruit a company secretarial assistant. You will join the small team (total 4 people) to assist the Company Secretary in ensuring the Company meets its statutory and regulatory obligations as an AIM listed public company whilst supporting the business as a whole through efficient corporate administration. This is a broad ranging role and a full job description is available on request. This role would suit a candidate with the following experience and skillset;
Required experience, training and qualifications
* Graduate with strong administrative background
* Microsoft Office suite proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* CGI part-qualified or equivalent or willingness to train – CGI study support will be provided.
